How long until my order ships?+
Our pieces are printed on demand, so printing takes 3–5 business days. After that your order ships via DHL and is on its way to you.
Do you ship internationally?+
Yes — we ship worldwide. Shipping is free within the EU on orders over €99 (€159 rest of the world). DHL mail starts at €3,90 and parcels at €5,90.
Can I track my order?+
Once your order ships you’ll receive a tracking link by email. You can also follow it from your account under “My orders”.
Returns & sizing
What is your return policy?+
Unworn, unwashed items can be returned within 14 days of receipt. Start your return from your account or message us and we’ll send instructions. Refunds are processed within 5 business days.
How do I find my size?+
Check our size guide — lay a garment you own flat, measure it and compare. Between two sizes? Size up for a relaxed, layer-ready fit.

Where are your products made?+
Our garments are printed and finished in Europe using premium, combed ringspun cotton. Built to hold up to real expeditions above 4,000 metres.
