These terms apply to every order placed with Every Summit. By completing a purchase you agree to them. Every Summit is registered in the Netherlands.
01Orders & pricing
All prices are shown in euros and include VAT. We reserve the right to correct obvious pricing errors. An order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation by email.
02Payment
We accept iDEAL, Klarna, PayPal and major credit cards. All transactions are secured and encrypted. Ownership of the goods passes to you once payment has been received in full.
03Shipping & delivery
Printing takes 3–5 business days, after which your order ships via DHL. Delivery times are indicative. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.
04Right of withdrawal
You may return unworn, unwashed items within 14 days of receipt for a refund, in line with EU consumer law. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty.
05Warranty & liability
Every product is covered by our lifetime repairs promise for manufacturing defects. Our liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights.
